Welcome to Bigredds Auto Sales. By accessing or using this website (the “Site”) and placing bids in our online blind auctions, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to register and bid. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date.

2. How the blind auction works

• Each lot has a published minimum bid and an auction end time.
• Bids are sealed: no other buyer or agent can see your bid amount.
• You should bid the maximum you are willing to pay. There is no proxy bidding war.
• When the timer ends, the highest valid bid wins the lot.
• A bid is an offer to purchase at that price and is binding on the winning bidder.

We may, at our discretion, cancel, re-list, or extend a lot; reject a bid; or remove a bidder who violates these Terms.

3. Payment & title transfer

No payment is collected on this Site. If you win a lot, your assigned agent will provide payment and title-transfer instructions directly. Title transfer timelines depend on the state and lien-release processing. Bigredds Auto Sales is a marketplace and is not a party to the financing or registration of the vehicle.

4. Vehicle condition & warranty coverage

Inspection reports, scores, photos, engine audio, and history reports are provided for information only and may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing all available information and asking your agent questions before bidding.

Each listing shows a warranty tier assigned automatically from the vehicle's age, mileage, inspection result, and title status. Where a listing displays warranty coverage, that limited warranty applies to the winning buyer for the stated duration and mileage and covers the specific components listed on that lot, subject to the conditions in Section 4.1 below. Lots shown without coverage (for example, older, higher-mileage, non-runner, or branded-title vehicles) are sold as-is, where-is.

4.1 Warranty terms

• The coverage tier, duration (days), mileage cap, and included components shown on the listing at the time you win are the controlling terms of any warranty.
• Coverage begins on the date the title transfers to you and ends when either the day limit or the mileage cap is reached, whichever comes first.
• The warranty covers only the components expressly listed for that tier. Wear items, cosmetic damage, prior disclosed defects, and damage from misuse, accident, neglect, or unauthorized repair are not covered.
• To make a claim, contact your assigned agent before any repair is performed so the issue can be verified.
• The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original winning buyer.

5. Shipping estimates

Shipping figures shown on the Site are approximate planning estimates, not binding quotes. Final carrier pricing is confirmed by your agent after you win a lot.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the Site, place bids you do not intend to honor, submit false information, scrape data, or attempt to access accounts or areas you are not authorized to use.

7. Limitation of liability

Except for any limited warranty expressly provided on a listing (see Section 4), and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Bigredds Auto Sales is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, a vehicle purchased, or reliance on listing information. The Site itself is provided “as is” and “as available.”

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
